Our Services

People know us as Christian Scientists, and our Church is more formally known as The Church of Christ, Scientist.

The Mother Church is in Boston, Massachusetts. Its worldwide activities are governed by a concise book of guidelines titled Church Manual.

The Mother Church has about 1,750 branches in 80 countries. They are democratically run and serve their local communities.

Mary Baker Eddy ordained the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures as Pastor of our Church. The Sunday sermon, made up of passages from these books, is read by elected local members, called Readers.

Students study and pray with the sermon during the week and are strengthened by this spiritual unity.

Wednesday meetings include brief topical readings drawn from the Pastor, plus prayer, singing, and sharing healing experiences that are the practical proofs of prayer in Christian Science.
